BLIV UDSTILLER 
I år afholder vi Flids Julemarked i Nørrebrohallen fredag d. 11, lørdag d. 12.og søndag d. 13.12. Og som noget helt nyt har vi besluttet, at vi i år åbner op for årets julemarked for første gang en torsdag, nemlig d.10.12. 
Du kan løbende sende ansøgninger til os, men vil du gerne sikre dig en plads, er det bedst at ansøge i vores ansøgningsperioder. 
Ønsker du at udstille til et af Flids kunst- og designmarkeder, er du velkommen til at sende os en ansøgning til flidmarked@gmail.com med følgende indhold: 

• beskrivelse af dit professionelle
kreative virke (materialer, teknikker,
inspirationskilder m.m.), der kan bruges af Flid i
forbindelse med kommunikationsaktiviteter. 

• 4-6 fotografier i høj kvalitet af kunst, design eller
kunsthåndværk gerne via. dropbox-link. Billederne må
ikke være i collageopsats og/eller indeholde
rammer samt tekst. 

• hvilken type af bord, du er interessereti
(se mulighederne længere nede på siden). 

• links til dine sociale medie-platforme.

• et indblik i dine forskellige typer af samarbejder
eller produktionsforhold, såfremt du arbejder
sammen med internationale samarbejdspartnere.

Samarbejder du med udenlandske leverandører og/eller
indgår der sociokulturelle elementer i din designfremstilling; ønsker vi os en beskrivelse af disse. Vi accepterer udelukkende ansøgninger, hvor udfærdigelsen af materialer samt produktion er foregået under ordentlige, veldokumenterede arbejdsforhold. 


DE PRAKTISKE ELEMENTER
Antages du som udstiller, kan du være med 1- 4 dage (sidstnævnte dog kun til julemarkedet). Er du interesseret i flere borde, skal du blot anføre det i din ansøgning. Et bord til Flid én dag har altid en enhedspris på 1.195kr (ex.moms). 
Da torsdag er en helt ny dag for Flid, koster det kun 595kr (ex.moms) at være med. 

Man kan omkostningsfrit benytte stole + borde, få strøm til sit bord og bede om bagvæg (sidstnævnte bedes anført i ansøgningen, da borde med bagvæg fordeles efter først-til-mølle-princippet. Grafisk arbejde har dog fortrinsret).

Vi starter dagen med fælles morgenmad og en god kop kaffe, så dagen starter bedst muligt. 

Ønsker man at dele bord med en anden dygtig kunstner, designer eller kunsthåndværker, da sendes en samlet ansøgning. Tilmeldingen er bindende. 


I tilfælde af aflysning 
Din tilmelding er økonomisk bindende. Skulle der ske en uforudsigelig forhindring, er det indtil en måned før afviklingen af Flid gratis at melde fra, da Flid derved har mulighed for at finde nye udstillere. Sker aflysningen indenfor 14-30 dage før eventen, opkræves halvdelen af deltagergebyret. Melder du fra mindre end 14 dage før opkræves hele beløbet.  

Flid besvarer alle ansøgninger hurtigst muligt (dog senest indenfor 21 arbejdsdage) efter endt ansøgningsfrist. Vi glæder os til at høre fra dig! 


BECOME AN EXHIBITOR

This year, Flid’s Christmas Market will take place at Nørrebrohallen on Friday 11, Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December. And, as something completely new, we have decided to open this year’s Christmas Market one day earlier than usual, on Thursday 10 December.

You are welcome to submit your application throughout the year, but if you would like to secure a spot, we recommend applying during one of our application periods.

If you would like to exhibit at one of Flid’s art and design markets, please send your application to flidmarked@gmail.com including the following:

• A description of your professional creative practice (materials, techniques, sources of inspiration, etc.), which Flid may use in connection with communication and promotional activities.

• 4–6 high-quality photographs of your art, design or craft, preferably via a Dropbox link. Images must not be presented as collages and/or contain frames or text.

• Which type of table you are interested in (see the options further down the page).

• Links to your social media platforms.

• An insight into your various types of collaborations or production arrangements, if you work with international partners.

If you collaborate with foreign suppliers and/or if sociocultural elements are incorporated into the production of your designs, we would like you to provide a description of these. We only accept applications where the production of materials and products has taken place under fair and well-documented working conditions.
 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

If you are accepted as an exhibitor, you can participate for 1–4 days (the latter option applies only to the Christmas Market). If you are interested in more than one table, simply indicate this in your application. A table at Flid for one day always has a fixed price of DKK1,195 excl. VAT.

As Thursday is a completely new day for Flid, participation on this day costs only DKK595 (excl. VAT).
 

You are welcome to use chairs and tables at no additional cost, have access to electricity at your table and request a back wall. If you would like a back wall, please indicate this in your application, as tables with back walls are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Graphic design exhibitors are given priority.

We start each day with a shared breakfast and a good cup of coffee, ensuring the day gets off to the best possible start.

If you would like to share a table with another talented artist, designer or craftsperson, please submit one joint application. Registration is binding.
 

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Your registration is financially binding. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, you may cancel free of charge up to one month before the Flid event, allowing Flid sufficient time to find a replacement exhibitor. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
 

If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, the full participation fee will be charged.

Flid responds to all applications as quickly as possible and no later than 21 working days after the application deadline.
